8rney includes six built-in practice area playbook modules. Each covers the dimensions most commonly benchmarked in that area of law, with defaults based on market-standard practice. All defaults can be overridden to reflect your firm's specific positions.

Commercial#

The Commercial module covers standard commercial agreements — supply contracts, service agreements, distribution arrangements, and SaaS contracts.

IP#
